• Gloryland United Baptist Church was organized on October 9, 1983.
• An arm was extended by Faith United Baptist Church in New Castle, Indiana. There were twenty-seven charter members.
• The church held service in a home on Cornbread Road in Muncie, Indiana.
• In July of 1985, the church relocated to 8th street in Muncie, Indiana.
• In October of 2018, the church voted to relocate again, and held services at a home of a church family in Fairland, Indiana until May of 2020.
• In March of 2020, the church purchased a building in Shelbyville, Indiana.
